Growing the Twelpforce

This article describes the amazing success Best Buy has had with using Twitter to reach out to customers and generate traffic to their website. 

Tweeting for help is a fantastic idea because it is fast and easy.  Customers can reach out from wherever they are and get problems solved quickly.  They also turn to Best Buy in future situations because they know that there is more help waiting. 

Next stop?  Facebook and even greater access to more customers in more sticky situations.
